Documents needed to enroll at Dunwoody High School:
A copy of the following documents is needed from the parent/guardian:
1. Parent or Legal guardian with photo ID
2. Current proof of residence in the Dunwoody High attendance area:
Must be one of the following:
A lease/mortgage statement a utility bill (water, gas or electric)
(Cable or phone bills are not acceptable)
A notarized affidavit, will be required if the parent/guardian’s name is not on the bill or lease.

Withdrawals: Students who no longer reside in the Dunwoody High School community are ineligible to attend DHS. Parents will need to complete this form and upload parent ID to withdraw their student(s). For assistance on Registration Day, please see Ms. Natal in the counseling suite between 8:30am-12:30pm or 2-4pm.
